we were disappointed we only stayed for 1 night!!!

We waren eerder aangekomen dan het uur van inchecken maar we kregen door de vriendelijke dame aan de balie meteen onze kamer om 10u terwijl je eigenlijk maar kan inchecken vanaf 14u. Gratis sauna is echt gratis en heel mooi uitzicht op de bergen. De studio die we hadden was eerder een appartement dat volledig vernieuwd was met alle nodige nieuwe elektrische apparaten! De studio was prachtig en het uitzicht op het lange terras is fenomenaal! Apart skikot voor de boot dat altijd op slot kan is ook mooi meegenomen! Een prachtvakantie mede mogelijk gemaakt door het personeel en op 20 minuten rijden van het Hintertux skigebied. Volgend jaar gaan we terug!

I had a fantastic experience staying at a superb apartment in a convenient location beside the Penkenbahn. The staff were lovely and Suzanne was particularly helpful in arranging our airport transfer. The apartment was spacious and had great amenities, including a hot shower with good water pressure. I would highly recommend Apart Austria Aparthotel to others and would definitely return.

Good family run hotel in an ideal location close to centre of Mayrhofen but in a quiet location with beautiful views of the valley and surrounding mountains. We had a large studio apartment with two separate double bedrooms and kitchen and sitting area. Ideal for a family.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, right in the heart of town and near all the amenities you'll need. The rooms are spacious and clean, with lovely showers and plenty of facilities to keep you comfortable during your stay. You'll be able to relax on the balcony and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, they were sometimes difficult to locate and communicate with.

Excellent location. Close to the train and cable car station. Walking distance to the main (shopping) street, but far enough to have quiet neighbourhood. The host is friendly.

Amazing view of the mountains, close to main lift and town center, helpful staff, good English, fully equipped apartment in traditional style.

I recently stayed at Apart Austria in Mayrhofen for a week-long holiday. The apartment was perfect - spacious, well-equipped, and decorated in a traditional Tyrolian style. The balcony offered amazing views of the mountains, and the location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the main street and the cable car. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided great local tips. The apartment was kept immaculately clean, with regular cleaning and fresh towels. I also appreciated the free parking, the convenience of the morning bread-rolls service, and the included tickets to the village swimming pool and sauna. a very enjoyable stay!

The apartments were brilliant. From the first moment we arrived at mayrhofen train station from Salzburg airport (cheaper flights and easy transfers!) we were picked up by a gentlemen after being offered this over email. We had an apartment for 4 people, two double bedrooms and open lounge/kitchen/balcony....it was great. Im very very fussy about stuff generally which im not proud about but there was nothing that annoyed any of us. Everything was really clean, lovely showers, sauna/welness area downstairs, beautiful views on the balcony and modern, spacious rooms. Stay here!

Staff weren't overly friendly or there much but I prefer to be left alone and feel like its my place on holiday.
